How We Review: The 666JILI Method, Blueprint First
666JILI is an independent guide, not a casino: no deposits, no balances, no games, and no ability to act on anybody's account. The whole premise of this site is that you should read the blueprint rather than the brochure — so the blueprint for our own pages is published here, along with the parts of the structure that are deliberately missing. Players must be 21 or older.
The Rule: Traceable or Unpublished
A statement earns a place on a page only if a reader can open the same source and arrive at the same conclusion. That removes most of what this industry publishes about operators — trust percentages, payout rankings, star ratings, 'tested and verified' badges — because none of them point anywhere. It is also why there is no score on this site: a score is the one element of a review that nobody can check.
The Eight Criteria
| Criterion | What we ask | Where the answer is |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | Does the site name its operating company and its regulator? | The terms page, checked against the regulator's own list |
| Payment rails | Which wallets, banks and rails reach a player here? | The cashier and any published payments page |
| Terms clarity | Are the bonus and withdrawal rules readable in advance? | The terms, read end to end |
| KYC rules | Which documents are required, and at what stage? | The verification pages of the help centre |
| Complaint route | Does it name an escalation inside and outside? | Support and legal pages |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Do limits, reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion exist? | Account settings and the responsible-gaming page |
| Support channels | Is support reachable from inside the account? | Opening every advertised channel in turn |
| App distribution | Is an app provided, and is it store-distributed? | The download page, and the absence or presence of a store listing |
Each criterion resolves to documented, partly documented or absent, and those words are the finding. 'Absent' is the single most useful result, because it is the one that tells you what you are being asked to take on faith.
Inside Our Reach
- Whether a company is named at all, and whether the regulator's own list contains it.
- Whether the domain you are on appears among a regulator's registered brand and domain listings, where such a list is published.
- Whether the terms you will be bound by are published ahead of the first deposit.
- Which rails are offered and which player-protection controls are built in.
- Whether the support route sits inside the account or outside it on a messaging app.
- Whether an app is served from a store or as a direct file.
Outside It
- Your own payout time, since the operator and your bank or wallet set the timings, fees and ceilings — the cashier page carries them.
- Whether a particular dispute was handled fairly, since neither party's file is public.
- Whether a game's live returns match its certificate; that is a testing laboratory's work, not a guide's.
- Anything specific to your own account, which is invisible to us.
Where something is outside our reach we write that down rather than filling the gap with a plausible number. No operator payout window, fee, minimum or bonus amount appears anywhere on this site.
The Commercial Blueprint
Some outbound links may be partner links, and a commission may be earned if an account is opened after one is followed. No operator pays for wording, previews a page, has a criterion waived, or gets a criticism removed. Position in any list is not for sale. This is stated plainly because an undisclosed incentive is exactly the kind of hidden structure the rest of this site tells you to look for.
Dates and Corrections
Rails, verification rules and game specifications change without notice, so every page carries its last review date and material changes are handled by rewriting rather than annotating. If a date looks old and the detail touches your money, the operator's own cashier and the game's own information screen are the authorities — and corrections sent to us are applied quickly and without defending the earlier text.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why no scores or rankings for operators?
Because the evidence a score implies is not public. We publish what is documented and what is absent, both of which you can check yourself.
Are your outbound links commercial?
Some outbound links can earn a commission when an account is opened through them. Nothing in the text is for sale and no operator reads a page first.
Why will you not state payout times?
They depend on the operator, the method and your verification status, and they change. Any number here would be a guess presented as a fact.
Can 666JILI help with a blocked withdrawal?
No — no account is visible to us. The route is the operator's support, then your wallet's in-app help, then the regulator's published complaint channel.
Who writes these pages?
The 666JILI editorial desk. We do not attach invented author names or credentials to pages.
